With the rising need of Convent Schools in Greater Noida, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority allotted 18,300sqm., land on lease at Delta-3, Greater Noida to the society and foundation stone was laid by Most Rev. Dr. Albert D’ Souza, the then Archbishop of Agra on 4th November 2009. Initially the constructional and other responsibilities were given to Fr. Dennis D’ Souza, the Principal of St. Joseph’s School and the first session began in April 2011. Jesus and Mary Convent School was then formally established on 8th July 2011.
Fr. Sebastian Kollithanam was appointed as its first Principal in 2011 and served till the year 2018. Fr. KK Thomas was appointed as the Manager in the year 2014.
After having obtained the recognition from BSA, Gautam Budh Nagar for classes up VIII English Medium, the school obtained NOC and got provisionally affiliated to CISCE/ICSE on 3rd July 2017.
Thereafter Fr. Rogimon Thomas took charge as the second Principal in July 2018. The first batch of 39 students passed out with 100% result in the year 2019 and second batch 67 students passed out with 100% results in the year 2020 and the third batch 118 students passed out again with 100% results in the year 2021.
The School was upgraded to ISC in the year 2020 and the first batch of students appeared for the class XII board examinations in the year 2022. School received permanent affiliation in the year 2022.
After having completed ten glorious years of service the school is well known and is highly sought after by all sections of people in the vicinity for admissions for its academic excellence and co-curricular activities.
